The purpose of the Illinois American Co-Ed Pageant is to seek out, encourage, and recognize the young girls who will be tomorrow’s leaders. By helping each girl appreciate her own worth as an individual and giving her immediate goals which she can successfully achieve, we strive to reinforce the teachings of her home, school, and church.
Our pageant is different from many others because we do not allow contestants under the age of 13 to wear make-up during required competitions. In fact, this is the first pageant experience for most of our contestants. Parents and families, the Illinois Co-Ed Pageant is also for you! Think of the confidence, the new friends, and the stage and interview experience your daughter will gain. Imagine how proud you will be of her!
We will be crowning Miss Illinois American Princess, Sweetheart, Preteen, Junior Teen, Teen, and Co-Ed. Additional winners and hostesses will be awarded in optional categories.

Hi Michael,
I wanted to take the time to tell you that it was a pleasure working with you and your staff at the American Coed Pageant in Schaumburg, IL. I've judged a lot of pageants but I've never seen anyone work so hard and with as much passion as you. The time and patience you gave to the contestants was wonderful to watch. Assisting them with all of their needs, even standing on the sidelines giving the ones that were a little nervous an encouraging gesture to make them feel more confident. I hope the girls realize how lucky they are to have you working with them. I'm sure you gave them a pageant experience that they will never forget for the rest of their lives. Keep up the good work and let me know if there's ever anything that I can do to help you in Illinois.
